Our Beginners Course takes place on a private basis, between you and one of our coaches. 

The course consists of 3×1 hour lessons, which must take place on separate days.  Your lessons can take place at any time that suits you during our opening hours. The lessons do not need to take place on consecutive days or weeks. 

All equipment is supplied for the course, and we will also provide you with a finger tab and  armguard to keep.
